Admissions and Withdrawal Management

The journey starts with an admission form and closes on certificate issuance. In this process every admission goes through all the departments each year until completion. In our software the Admission process starts with a family registration form, which collects father’s mother’s, guardians’ information along with their contact numbers and addresses and a Family ID is issued dynamically to each family just like our CNIC’s Family No, which becomes source information of every child belonging to the specific family. It thus eliminates the need of data entry repetition.

There are various reports generated by our software on a single data entry and provides you the maximum information you may require. Some of the features of Admission Section are:

SMS (Messages) Management

One of the key features of our School Management System software is to provide the facility of automatic and custom SMS sending options. SMS are tightly integrated into our software and pre-defined SMS are sent automatically upon different record conditions.

Masked SMS (from your school’s name) and SIM number based (from cell number) or both options are avaialbe to avail this service. The Masked SMS are one way SMS and the messages to families are sent by your school name same like you receive SMS from your Mobile Carrier like Zong, Ufone, etc… On the other hand, the SIM based SMS are two-way SMS you can also receive SMS from parents and view in our software, however, PTA limitations to the number of SMS per hour are applicable, which is currently 200 sms/hour. Exceeding the limit will cause blockage of SIM.

You can send SMS to

  • the single selected family;
  • the current families;
  • one or more selected classes;
  • one or all employees;
  • transport drivers who provide pick n drop services;
  • all or selected old students who have left the school;
  • the entire list of contacts;

Attendance Management

Attendance is a daily and an important task of every class. Attendance registers are kept secure and neat throughout the session. All the class wise and cumulative attendance reports are prepared from these registers. Our software provides automatic yet very efficient way of managing the attendance. All the attendance related reports are generated automatically, daily, monthly or session wise.

Fee Management

The most secure, fast, reliable section of our software is the fee management section. The entire section runs under your finger tips as per your requirements, fee from defining to assigning to a student or to a class is under your control.

The automatic generation of bar coded fee vouchers eliminate the need of fee cards and you don’t have to fuss about pen and ink. The fee vouchers are distributed either to students or to families just like electricity and Sui-gas bills. The parents get an SMS of the fee receipt. Fee collection and related financial reports are hidden from all the staff except the owner or admin. All reports of fee are generated automatically upon processing the fee voucher. The data belongs to your school and our software secures it as a strictly confidential at your school’s servers.

The fee collection staff is responsible to submit the fee amount to you according to the daily fee collection report. A single rupee cannot be hidden in the report. The fee management section is very comprehensive and as lots of features. These includes:

The students can be shuffled between classes and sections very easily without effecting their fee history and arrears.

On the start of each session year entire class can be promoted to new session year with an option to demote any selected one on a single click. Some features are;
